Bernie was the agent we originally bought our unit from nearly 5 years ago. He was very friendly and professional and made our first home buying experience very pleasant and stress free. When it came time for us to upgrade and sell that unit, Bernie was my first choice. You can tell he genuinely cares about both his clients and the potential buyers he is selling to. He has great knowledge of the area and his relaxed, experienced approach really suited us. He is willing to go above and beyond for his clients, and is just a genuinely nice guy. Plus he got us a great result, before auction, and even negotiated a shorter settlement all of which we were hoping for. I would recommend Bernie to anyone.
