Mark had been in contact with me for some time: not necessarily to wear me down for want of a better term but just to keep me abreast of market movements and as a bonus his name would be the one I would think of if we decided to sell. As it so happened on that particular day he rang we, my wife and myself, had just decided to sell. Mark made himself available to organise the sale very quickly and on the first open day had virtually sold the property which was confirmed and contracts exchanged within a few days. Mark presents well and is easy to communicate with, a no pressure salesman, who I would recommend to anybody.
