Matthews market knowledge was 1st class, he advised us to clean up the unit a little, and suggested some minor alterations to give the unit a clean and bright look about it. A stylist was discussed as well and we decided to engage once we had painted the entire unit and organized new carpet be laid throughout the unit. He then put a marketing campaign together and was back to us quickly with his suggestions which included 2 showings . Was always honest with his feedback and advice and on auction day was very organized and looked calm and collected (as opposed to us the vendors).
