I found Fraser to be an excellent communicator and very transparent about the process. Gave very good intel on what prospective purchasers were telling him about the property and the expected price range. Was always honest with his feedback and advice and on auction day was very organized and looked calm and collected (as opposed to us the vendors). The sale of the property had a lot of emotion tied up with it (my mothers house) and he was very sensitive to the needs of his clients. Would highly recommend.

Joe Pizzalato has a very strong set of skills in regards to real estate. His customer service skills and understanding of the market is excellent. He went out of his way to present the property in the best possible manner. Not only that, Joe was always flexible to show prospective buyers the property at any time or day suitable to them (e.g. even Sundays or late hours after work). Joe is also a very sincere, hardworking and people focussed person. The end result was I had a favourable outcome (sale) in an otherwise weak apartment market.
