Was always honest with his feedback and advice and on auction day was very organized and looked calm and collected (as opposed to us the vendors). Joe Pizzalato has a very strong set of skills in regards to real estate. His customer service skills and understanding of the market is excellent. He went out of his way to present the property in the best possible manner. Not only that, Joe was always flexible to show prospective buyers the property at any time or day suitable to them (e.g. even Sundays or late hours after work).
