Joe Pizzalato has a very strong set of skills in regards to real estate. His customer service skills and understanding of the market is excellent. He went out of his way to present the property in the best possible manner. Not only that, Joe was always flexible to show prospective buyers the property at any time or day suitable to them (e.g. even Sundays or late hours after work). Joe is also a very sincere, hardworking and people focussed person. The end result was I had a favourable outcome (sale) in an otherwise weak apartment market. I wish Joe many profitable and happy sales in the future.

Throughout the entire process of picking an agent to selling our home, Fraser was absolutely amazing. My wife and I interviewed 2 agents, in order to decide who would be most suitable in selling our home. In our initial meeting with Fraser, he was extremely informative, utilized excellent communication skills, and was genuine, humble and authentic. After our meeting, we knew he would be the best person to sell our home. Fraser outlined the strategy he would utilise to sell our home and explained the rationale as to why he would use this strategy to get us the best result. Dealing with Fraser was an absolute pleasure. His market knowledge was spot on able to talk to various previous sales in the area, helping us to understand the value of the property we were buying, which ended up selling within a reasonable tolerance to the guide. So it was a breath of fresh air to deal with an agent quoting realistic prices! Fraser’s customer service was at a very high level catering to our requests of private appointments and always made us feel very welcome to inspect the property and contact him regarding any Qs we had. As the deal got to the pointy end Fraser had strong communication skills with frequent updates and was answering messages outside of business hours at times. Overall a pleasure to deal with and would not hesitate to deal with him in the future.
