We went to a dozen of open homes in the area and good half of which happen to be represented by Haydon! It really shows that Haydon and his team enjoy great reputation locally and many home owners entrust him to sell their properties. As an outstanding local agent Haydon gives us excellent insight of the local area as well as the market. While he worked to get the best price for his vendor, he also attended to all of our enquiries and requests with great professionalism and helped us a lot. We just wanted to write to say what an incredible experience we had dealing with Haydon in the purchase of our new home (21 Beale Cres Peakhurst). We'd had the pleasure of meeting and chatting with Haydon at a few open homes recently, and so we were already to be happy to be dealing with him once we realised we'd found the home for us. It was (as always) a stressful and nail biting process over the last couple of weeks - particularly when it became apparent the house was going to sell before auction. Having said that, we cannot fault the outstanding way in which Haydon communicated with us throughout the process and the very transparent and fair way he handled the process of taking offers. He was not just ethical and honest (as you would hope) but also thoughtful and just lovely to talk to. He knew the property and the area really well and it helped us feel confident in making our offer.
