We went to a dozen of open homes in the area and good half of which happen to be represented by Haydon! It really shows that Haydon and his team enjoy great reputation locally and many home owners entrust him to sell their properties. As an outstanding local agent Haydon gives us excellent insight of the local area as well as the market. While he worked to get the best price for his vendor, he also attended to all of our enquiries and requests with great professionalism and helped us a lot. We just wanted to write to say what an incredible experience we had dealing with Haydon in the purchase of our new home (21 Beale Cres Peakhurst). We'd had the pleasure of meeting and chatting with Haydon at a few open homes recently, and so we were already to be happy to be dealing with him once we realised we'd found the home for us. It was (as always) a stressful and nail biting process over the last couple of weeks - particularly when it became apparent the house was going to sell before auction. Having said that, we cannot fault the outstanding way in which Haydon communicated with us throughout the process and the very transparent and fair way he handled the process of taking offers. He was not just ethical and honest (as you would hope) but also thoughtful and just lovely to talk to. He knew the property and the area really well and it helped us feel confident in making our offer. Suffice to say we are absolutely thrilled to be the new owners of this home, and cannot recommend Haydon enough - what a fantastic agent he is. Fraser & his team were excellent to deal with from the initial pitch to the sale. He invited us along to a few of their Auctions to see them in action. Communication was excellent and was important to me because I was representing my siblings interests as well, Fraser always came back to any enquiry we had within the hour. Everything he said he'd do he did, like following up every open house and providing purchaser feedback. He took a lot of the stress out of the process and I was confident we’d hit our desired price mark which we did. He is a total professional we got no surprises cost wise in marketing, everything was explained & set out up front. We would have no hesitation recommending him to any seller as he has a great understanding of the different markets within the St George & Georges River areas & his team had buyers right away keen to inspect.

We found Fraser to be professional, honest, realistic and a hard worker. We had 138 groups through and he worked very hard to follow them all up and phoned us at least twice weekly to give us feedback. Fraser was always available, very positive and optimistic about the sale of our house. In fact our old house went on the market Tuesday afternoon and the contract signed Friday afternoon, thanks to the fact that Fraser was working for us. We'd bought a house, sold our house and we moved with 6 weeks. What more can you ask for?
