Having dealt with many agents over the years I was super impressed with Haydon Sacilotto. His follow-up and reporting was 10/10. Kept me fully informed before we started, during and after the sale. We sold on the night of the Auction - Haydon ran around and got contracts signed on a Saturday night at 9pm. What really impressed me though was how invested he was in making sure the property was presented correctly before sale. He (not me) organised painters, cleaners, carpet, pool people - absolutely everything and I really didn't expect it! Really glad we went with Haydon. Great energy. Not slick or pushy. Matthew was very helpful / skillful in advising and guiding us to prepare for the sale of Mum's villa. He was very cable in explaining the way forward to reach an agreed settlement with the purchaser that resulted in us achieving the best possible sale price that would help my Mum to be able to pay for the finances to go into Aged Care. Step by step during the Open House period Matthew keep us well informed on progress. In the final stages I had no transport available and Matthew kindly provided transport to the Aged Care Centre for Mum to sign for the sale of the villa.
