Matthew was very helpful / skillful in advising and guiding us to prepare for the sale of Mum's villa. He was very cable in explaining the way forward to reach an agreed settlement with the purchaser that resulted in us achieving the best possible sale price that would help my Mum to be able to pay for the finances to go into Aged Care. Step by step during the Open House period Matthew keep us well informed on progress. In the final stages I had no transport available and Matthew kindly provided transport to the Aged Care Centre for Mum to sign for the sale of the villa.
