Malek is a true Professional and excels within his Profession. He has a clear and accurate understating within his target Market and with Market Trends in general. Ray White Gladstone Park will continue to exceed all expectations with Malek steering the ship. The staging company that Malek recommended were also very professional and I believe added great value come sale time. The final sale price was beyond what we expected and sold for a whopping 95k more than the previous Townhouse within the complex. I think Malek even out done himself ;) The intent was for the property to go to Auction but was sold prior. Based on this I believe Malek also has the necessary skills to strike the best deal for his clients whether at Auction or Privately. In conclusion I would highly recommend Malek and Ray White Gladstone Park. As previously mentioned there knowledge within the area is second to none
