Persistent and fair

No Pressure - Just great Service
As I live in another state, I relied upon the recommendation of others in using Malek as my agent. I have bought and sold a few properties and so I was quite cautious in my approach to selecting an agent to sell my unit in Melbourne. I was very satisfied with the service provided and the end result achieved by Malek and would not hesitate in using him again. Given the distance involved, I had to rely upon Malek to give me the "view on the street". I had not used an auction to sell a property before. Malek carefully walked me through the process and without pressure assisted me to set a reserve price. He also advised using a furniture hire company and this was a great suggestion. Even thought there was a cost it paid for itself on auction day. The result achieved on the day was a big plus for me and I was very pleased with the overall process and outcome.

Professional Agent
Malek came highly recommended by our mortgage broker and once we met Malek he was an absolute professional in every sense. We were extremely happy with the feedback and marketing campaign presented to us. He made us understand the market and never over promised on what he could deliver. Malek recommended the use of hire furniture and whilst we needed to find this extra cost it was a extremely good reccomendation by Malek and we’re happy to have incorporated into the campaign. We are very happy vendors with the end result. We were very happy with how Malek conducted himself, he was a good auctioneer and negotiated a great sale price for us. We would reccomend Malek to friends and family and if the opportunity arises we will sell our next house with him again.
