Simply the Best
I would like to take this opportunity to thank the team at Ray White Gladstone Park for the amazing job they did in securing a top price for our property. Our agent Malek Younan was thoroughly professional and transparent as he guided us through the Auction process. He ensured that our property was marketed well, with over 55 inspections during the auction campaign. At auction Malek and the team provided five competing bidders that ultimately secured a price well over market average. Great result for a job well done!
Hiring Phillip was a no-brainer for us as we knew he was the best to go to for selling in our area. He was easy to deal with, quick to respond and kept us updated throughout the whole process. Not only was he great through out the process but I have contacted him with questions on buying a house (not one of his) and he is more than happy to invest the time to assist us. Great choice of realestate agent
We were returning customer. Phillip has an excellent market knowledge. He is professional and very pleasant to deal with. Phillip is very easy to deal with and provides excellent advice. We had experience in both selling and buying property with him and we are happy in both transaction. We just sold a house and we are very happy with how smoothly things progressed.
