Right from the first inquiry re sale of our property Sara acted in a thoroughly professional manner, sensitive enough to give us space when we needed it (without badgering us) which I greatly respected. She covered all the necessary areas to fill in the gaps of selling a property and guide us through the process (since it has been nearly 20 years since we last sold a property). Most questions that we raised she either answered, or followed up promptly if she was unable to on the spot, Sara proved to be very knowledgeable, confident of a good quick result, proficient, ethical and a total delight to engage with.
