Sold in 3 Days
We have just sold our investment property after it was on the market for three days and for a price we are very happy with. Michael was helpful assisting us with the necessary repairs to the property prior to sale. He provided realistic advice on the marketing approach and worth of the property. We found him to focused, well informed, honest and personable.

Great agent with a great team
Both myself and my late husband Alex were very impressed with Micheal's expertise in the Green Point area. He was also very accommodating and was able to meet us later in the day to have an inspection. Once we decided that this was to be our new home he was fantastic in going too and fro with the vendors and ourselves to come to a satisfactory agreement on both parties. I would recommend Micheal and his team any day.

Great Agent
