After a few bad experiences with other realestate agents, Sara's personal, kind and friendly approch was a welcomed change. Not only knowledgable about the area, Sara was on first name basis with the neighbouring property owners and obviously respected by the local community. Sara made a huge effort to assist us in the purchase of a first home, definitely going the extra mile to ensure the sale process was a genuine and nice experience, eventually resulting in facilitating drinks between us and the owners. The whole process has been smooth and stess free but most incredibly its been very personal; good old school customer service from the heart which is a rare thing these days.
