Have to be honest here. Absolutely no idea. His original recommendation was to list at more than 15% below our first offer. (probably wanted a quick sale) I disagreed and listed at my recommendation. I got the distinct impression he lost interest in the listing as soon as his sign went up. We had only one inspection for the duration of his listing which was the last viewing of about 10 that person looked at that day, no feedback at all. I had to follow up a week later. Very little interaction - more with his office staff. Finally had to steer the sale negotiations myself. I found the whole process quite disappointing. Considering what I paid in commission, I would have been far better off financially by advertising on Facebook and hiring my own photographer and conveyancer. Nonetheless, the photographer was good to deal with.
