Respectful and Professional
After removing my property from the market for personal reasons, I approached Eli and asked to meet with him to discuss his approach to selling my property. During the discussion I highlighted that the situation was an emotional one for myself and I had a few non-negotiables. Eli was honest and upfront with me but was confident he could achieve my desired outcome. The communication by and approachability of both Eli and all of his team was second to none. Not only did Eli achieve my desired outcome but he and his team did this prior to the property hitting the market. In all Eli and his team made an emotional time a great deal easier for myself and my Son and I am very grateful. I would without hesitation recommend Eli and his team to anyone desiring a professional and active agent to work on their behalf and in their corner every step of the way.

Well managed and professional approach from the team.
The team at Ray White Hervey Bay were very professional, flexible and knowledgeable. Any team member I spoke with was informative and pleasant. We had to pivot at one point and Eli discussed the options with me that allowed me to make an informed decision surrounding next steps. Highly Professional Agent
Finally a professional Agency and leading Agent! We found Eli to be very pro-active in an environment that was challenging for us to find our new home from afar. Eli understood our needs very well whilst also staying in line with his Vendors guide so this can be difficult to manage. We looked intensely for 12 months to find something that suited us and within our financial needs. Eli found something for us off market, right place at the right time- this was amazing! He just understood and did not waste our time. The Office Team were also very professional getting us all the correct paperwork and helping us where it was difficult from 12,000 miles away. We cannot recommend Ray White Hervey Bay highly enough.
