Having bought our first investment property - we were worried it would be a stressful time. As soon as we had signed our contract, i contacted Paige to ask her to manage the properties once settlement took place. Paige took control of everything, picking up our keys and meeting the tenants. So far, it has been the easiest thing we have ever done. Paige looks after everything for us and goes above and beyond with what we need. The tenants love her and i will never deal with anyone else. This is someone who clearly loves her job and has a passion for her clients - it really shines through. 10/10 - Don't waste your time by going with anyone else.

My husband, son his partner and I attended an open home for a rental property. The property manager was excellent. She was friendly and informative and followed up our application in a timely manner. This was Friday afternoon, I was contacted the following Tuesday to enquire whether we were still interested. I confirmed we were and she phoned later that day to offer us the rental. Very impressed by her professional manner.

Transferring from out of state for work and this agent made the whole process of securing a residential tenancy seamless and efficient. Although a tenant in this situation, I am also a property owner so can see the service provided from both perspectives.
