Bec was simply outstanding. Her non pressurised approach in showing me the property really helped me make up my mind. The practical side of giving me a lift to the property and back to my temporary accommodation was extremely helpful. She was knowledgeable about the property and area which was helpful to someone emigrating to Hobart. Above all Bec is an incredibly engaging individual, warm and friendly. It makes such a difference to deal with people like Bec when moving to a new country. I got the feeling Bec wanted to lease the property to me and that above all else made this a positive experience. Nick Auksorius is my property manager and he is amazing! Nick takes the stress out of renting my property. He always goes above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly and by the book. He is professional, efficient, trustworthy, knows his stuff and always has his ducks in a row. His customer and professional service is to the highest of standards and he always does what he says he is going to do. He always calls back and stays in touch.
