I can not speak highly enough of the Ray White Hobart team! My property agent, Tanya Smith has been incredible since day 1. Tanya has faced the challenge of a tenant vacating prior to the lease expiring with an optimistic and positive outlook. Furthermore, the property was not in a state to re-let so Tanya jumped on the front foot and sources the best quotes available for minor work to be undertaken which has since increased the rent $50/week! Tanya is super prompt and most importantly, a wonderful communicator! I could not recommend Tanya and the team more! It's a no brainer.
