Bec was definitely a great find. She looks after your properties like they are her own, Bec screens tenants to make sure that they will be the best fit, goes above and beyond to look after your property ie the day of the open home to show potential tenants, there was huge interest, it was pouring, we had just put in new carpets and worried about people going thru with wet, dirty shoes. But Bec was already way ahead with a plan. She had invited everyone to stay under shelter in the garage and then asked them to go thru in small groups, taking their shoes off before entering. We like Bec, she is very personable and is Ray Whites greatest asset.
