Great agency!

As this was my first experience in becoming a landlord, I was apprehensive about who I should trust to manage my property. Rest assured, the property management experience I encountered with Ray White Hobart is to be commended. Bec was a pleasure to work with, was highly professional and easy to liaise with. Whilst my property took longer than expected to be leased, Bec worked hard to ensure the tenants moving in were a perfect fit, with adequate income and exemplary referees to substantiate the rental return that I desired. The open homes, management of the contract, condition report and moving-in processes were dealt with so that I didn't have to worry about a thing. I would strongly recommend this agency to anyone seeking to lease their property.

Lack of response to emails

Too early to tell as I haven't really had much to do with the agent so far. But it is a little frustrating when you send your agent an email on Monday and by Friday after hearing no response you email a reminder with again no response. This is in regards to approved occupants. I know Harcourts I would get a response straight away recognizing Nathan has received my email and within the next 2-3 days the occupant had been approved. Unfortunately during this time I'm paying double rent as I'm waiting for my housemate to be approved to move in.

Very Professional Agency!

Ray White Hobart provides a whole new level of professionalism when it comes to Real Estate. We engaged Ray White to manage our property based on a friend's recommendation after we had a bad experience with our previous agency. Currently, Bec McGregor is managing our property and we couldn't be any happier with her professional attitude and extreme care when it comes to handling our property. She constantly updates us with what's happening and never short of providing the right advice when needed. So easy to work with

I have only been working with Ray White for a short time but have had a very positive experience. I moved from another agency and RW made that move happen as seamlessly as possible. They move quickly in the market, they communicate well and are always happy to answer any number of questions that come their way.
