Dexter was great from the start. His knowledge of our market was excellent and his listening to our intentions and following instructions was perfect. Dexter was honest in his appraisal and very very fair in all his dealings and discussions - we could not have asked for better. He worked very hard at marketing our property along with his partner / assistant Tamara with the openings and many many people that came through and always protected our interests. The feedback from each open was specific and valuable towards the campaign. The final result was very good and I would definitely recommend Dexter and Harcourts Glen Waverley to any prospective seller.

I have known Dexter for nearly 10 years. He helped me find the right properties for the price that suited my budget at the time. Dealing with Dexter and Tamara for the sale of my parents property was a pleasure. It was not easy for me letting go of my parents home but they helped me through the process and organised everything from painters to cleaners to gardeners. I didnt have to lift a finger. They made me feel comfortable, were always professional but personal at the same time. This is my third time with Harcourts selling houses and I can't go past their human touch, their credibility in knowing the market, especially Julie's knowledge and her expertise in assessing situations and reading the audience. Vasil's knowledge - dotting the I's and crossing the T's. I thoroughly recommend them and the team to any potential seller in the market place as their organisational and professionalism are second to none. They always met the deadlines and if not they always consulted you to let you know what was happening and the timeframes. Thank you for giving me peace of mind that my properties were in good hands.
