Dexter was great from the start. His knowledge of our market was excellent and his listening to our intentions and following instructions was perfect. Dexter was honest in his appraisal and very very fair in all his dealings and discussions - we could not have asked for better. He worked very hard at marketing our property along with his partner / assistant Tamara with the openings and many many people that came through and always protected our interests. The feedback from each open was specific and valuable towards the campaign. The final result was very good and I would definitely recommend Dexter and Harcourts Glen Waverley to any prospective seller.

Dealing with Dexter and Tamara for the sale of my parents property was a pleasure. It was not easy for me letting go of my parents home but they helped me through the process and organised everything from painters to cleaners to gardeners. I didnt have to lift a finger. They made me feel comfortable, were always professional but personal at the same time. Vasil's knowledge - dotting the I's and crossing the T's.
