We are very happy with all the level of support extended to us by Dexter Pratt and Tamara Mitchell and the other Sales Staff at Harcourts. Right from the start we felt that Dexter understood our situation, the particular features of the house we were wanting to sell and the market. The marketing was entirely chosen by Dexter and we felt that it was well targeted. The quality of the brochure, the visuals, the contents, the external board and the Web page represented the property very well. The video was very well done. Tamara Mitchell who assisted Dexter with all aspect of the campaign provided outstanding support in all the administrative and communication areas. I was always of the opinion that were we to auction a property, we would choose Dexter Prack to conduct the Auction. I had seen him operation in "full flight" at many an auction and he always performed in a confident, friendly and professional manner.
