To: Dexter Prack You and the Harcourts team certainly communicated well, were professional and placed an excellent ads on all different advertising channels. On the Auction day, you certainly did your best to attract buyers, however there was nothing more that you could do to sell the property at our desired price. Saeed and I were particularly pleased that on the Auction day you did not push us to sell it at a lower price after the unsuccessful Auction. Then you worked hard another 2 and 1/2 weeks to find the right buyer at the right market value. We are pleased with the results. We appreciate your honesty and dedicated hard work and have recommended you to all our family and friends who have a real estate requirement.

I would like to extend a big Thank You and Congratulations to Dexter and his Team at Harcourts for the stress-free sale of my Glen Waverley home in July 2015 for a FANTASTIC price. I was initially under the impression that sales by auction are incredibly stressful experiences and as I am a naturally conservative person, I underestimated the price that Dexter was eventually able to achieve, even though I had specifically appointed Dexter to be my agent and auctioneer as I have always found his past auctions to be HIGHLY engaging - entertaining really! I would also like to thank his team members Tamara, Rajiv, Jerry and Joan for facilitating the ad hoc inspections outside the scheduled open-for-inspection times, as every attempt was made to provide me with prior notice so that my home could be presented nicely.
