The sale of my parents home was a very emotional experience however Theo Felekos handled the sale with the utmost professionalism, care and compassion. The price it sold for was fantastic and afforded some closure for our family to begin the next chapter . I cannot praise and thank Theo and his team enough for their efforts.

Ferry guided us through many aspects of the sale. Right from the beginning he knew what needed to maximise our property appeal and the targeted buyers. He successfully negotiated a price which was way beyond my expectation and it was a record price for the building & suburb. Not to mention his response rate is second to none and he can be contacted anytime. I would definately recommend Fery Suwito for anyone thinking of selling..

Ferry is simply a very pleasant person tondeal with. He was friendly, effecient and professional and unlike some of the agents I came across who would give you attitude. He was very responsive to all my queries and worked hard towards ensuring a deal could be struck balancing the needs of both parties. He definitely had contributed immensely to the overall pleasant experience I had. Well done Ferry

Having lived in Hong Kong, Canada and Sydney, and had had bought and sold properties in these countries through real estate agents, I must say that I have yet to meet someone better than Ferry. Ferry is pleasant, prompt, professional, efficient and honorable. His response rate is incredible. He always replied to my missed call within five minutes!!! On one Sunday night, after 10 pm, I called him to tell him an important decision. In less than 5 minutes, he returned my call. I must say that I was very very impressed. He tried every way and means to help me sell my house, and I was very pleased with his efforts and the results. I would highly recommend Ferry to anyone wanting to buy, sell or rent properties now or in future. Thanks Ferry for your 6* service and I wish you continual success in all your future endeavours. Ferry was informative throughout the whole process including updates about the market, potential investment opportunities and recent similar sales. Ferry was always only a phone call away for any questions and queries for which he provided expert advice. During the auction, Ferry provided me with confidence to bid accordingly knowing I had all the relevant information about the property and ensured the process was as smooth and drama free as possible. Highly recommended.

My partner and I bought our first property with Theo, we found him extremely helpful and nothing was a hassle or bother even arranging a personal inspection for us on his day off. He made the purchasing of the property easy so from this great experience less than 15 months after purchasing we had to sell and decided Theo was our man. We would recommend Theo as he went above and beyond for us, is trustworthy and knows the area like the back of his hand. He is always an email or phone call away and keeps regular contact. We valued his advice and plan of attack throughout the selling phase. You will end up with a great result with Theo as your agent. Thanks Theo!

We finished our renovation one day before we went back home overseas. We left the apartment's keys to Theo to organise for the furniture styling and sale preparation. He kept us updated with the progress of the sale while we were overseas. Four weeks after that we're back to Sydney and the property was sold within a few days. Selling apartment really made easy by Theo and I would highly recommend Theo.
