Theo was very courteous and knowledgeable from the moment we met him. He worked tirelessly and almost autonomously (as we had so many other things on our plate), to a point where my partner and I almost jokingly wondered why other people find the process so stressful. Everything was always on point and we were able to reach him EVERY SINGLE TIME we called him even though most of those were out of office hours. The entire process was a complete success. We would recommend Theo to anyone, but especially to people who are time poor or do not want to go through a stressful period. Oh and the last and probably most important point - he got us a suburb record price!
