Great outcome despite the odds
I had put tenants into my property in November 2022 with a 12 month lease. My circumstances changed dramatically when my partner suddenly died. As a result, I needed to sell my property and went to see George Boghos of Ray White, Kingsgrove. He was very understanding and assured me that while it was going to be difficult, it wasn’t impossible to sell a property with a long lease. He recommended going to auction after a 4 week campaign. I received weekly updates and he returned all of my calls promptly. Despite having no interested bidders 3 days before the auction - all interested parties wanted vacant possession - he managed to secure 2 bidders on the morning of the auction and successfully sold at a little below my reserve. I don’t think I could have asked for a better experience or outcome.

Outstanding agent and always professional

I had reason to contact George Boghos about eighteen months ago about a possible sale at 343 Bexley Rd, Bexley. Although the sale did not eventuate George regularly contacted me to see how things were going. He kept me informed of the market was pleasant, helpful and a pleasure to talk to. Once the decision was made to sell the property a result by auction was obtained within six weeks. George's marketing worked extremely well in a declining market. There were a number of prospective buyers at the auction. George's team worked the buyers extracting the best possible price on the day. His auctioneer did a very good job.
