George has gone above and beyond from the first meeting. He organised all of the advertising and promotional / marketing materials. Provided a realistic idea of how much we could expect to sell for, and provided advice and guidance at every step of the way. After every open house we received an email outlining how many people had viewed the home, feedback received and any contracts given out / offers received. On the day of the auction, George and his team exceeded our expectations and the reserve price. He has also managed to get us a short settlement, which has been amazing.
