I can't recommend George high enough for what he did to get the villa sold.
We live interstate and met George when we went to clean up the unit in August 2023. Within 6 weeks George had transformed the tired old villa into a fresh start for the next owner. George gave us options to make the villa presentable for any new buyer. He organised an entire clean up and mini reno and stage that presented the villa for a move in now buyer. George kept in touch continuously, organised the reno and kept us up to date with the market. Even though we were interstate at the entire time including the auction, and with the odds against our reserve, George and James, the auctioneer, respected the request and managed to reach the reserve. We can't thank you enough for your support and all the work you did to be present whenever we needed help. We would recommend George and his team to anyone who wants the human connection needed during a stressful situation. So thanks George...10/10
