From our first contact Cameron was friendly, informative and went out of his way to be helpful in every way possible. As we live 1000kms away, all our interactions were by phone or email. Good communication was key. Cameron made sure we were kept informed every step of the way and went out of his way to ensure our experience was the best it could be. His promotion of the property was excellent. He vetted all the potential buyers before he brought them to us and worked hard to get us the best price possible which we believe he did. We formally brought him on board on the 29th June and had the property sold and settled by the 30th September. We are extremely happy with the result, the way the entire campaign was run, and would not hesitate to use Cameron again nor to recommend him and his services. Overall an outstanding experience. Cameron made the sale process an absolute dream. His property appraisal was incredibly detailed and it compared my property to similar recent sales. He is a highly motivated individual, and was always fast to reply to emails and messages. Once the property was advertised and started to attract offers, he compiled all of the offers into an easy to read email. After an offer was accepted, Cameron continued to maintain effective communication and oversight of everything. At the time of sale, the property was tenanted. Cameron administered all of the Entry Notices, and ensured the tenant was kept informed. I would highly recommend Cameron as the agent of choice.

The sale of our home went so well, we didn't even realise it was all done and sold!! Cameron guided us through the many offers we received after just one open home. After a lot of chat with Cameron about the house he sold for us, I can honestly say he is my Hero. Great advice given in the kindest way, even when I thought my place was the best it could be, Cameron guided me to see it from the buyer's point of view. He was so right of course, and once I realised we both had the same goal in mind, it was a smooth process all the way. I am proud to know the new owner is happy with his purchase and I am happy with my sale. I would trust Cameron with any property I was either buying or selling.
