We found Cameron excellent, very professional. We had some issues with the tenants. Cameron was there to help and diffuse the situation. Would always answer our calls or ring back. Cameron also had local connections which he shared with us. This made the selling process much easier and highly valued as we were selling from interstate. He also confirmed with us throughout the process that we were happy with the services he had recommended. Cameron went above and beyond all expectations to get my property sold. My property had many issues that needed addressing so it was a difficult sell for anyone. He spent a huge amount of time taking multiple parties through, getting quotes for works needed to provide to buyers and patiently dealing with buyers who pulled out. I highly recommend Cameron and wish I could use him again for a sale of a property I have in NSW. He achieved a great result with the highest price possible.
