Craig Pearce - BEST AGENT! He sold my elderly dad's house and he made it so easy for Dad, taking the time to explain things so Dad was comfortable with what was happening. I don't live in Townsville so I was a bit worried as you hear horror stories about agents ripping off the elderly, but Craig took the time to take me through the process and kept me updated every step of the way. This was fantastic as it meant I knew Dad was in good hands and also allowed me to ensure Dad understood what was going on. 1 open house and the house was sold - Craig really knows what he's doing!
