Terry and the wider team of Ray White in Lara were a pleasure to deal with. Terry and Samson always made us feel like a priority, followed up all questions through phone and email in a very timely manner and always with professionalism and a sense of humour (which we like). We were also greatly assisted with all the external bodies involved to purchase a home - building inspectors, conveyancers etc. that made it just that little bit easier for us being first home buyers. Having experienced other agents and companies (who were all fine) through inspections and negotiations, we just felt that Terry and Samson went that little bit further in the sense of getting to know us, being personable, understanding of both parties (seller and buyer), in their communications and also time in negotiating settlement.
