Superstar of an Agent
There was no question in our minds that Matt would be selling our home. We have been searching the market for our forever home for what seems like forever. After a bad experience with a not so professional agency in the area when attempting to buy a home, he went out of his way to guide us through what was a very stressful time. Matt has been so amazing to work with, his communication and customer service is second to none. He went above and beyond for us and we are more than grateful for everything that he has done for us. If you are after a professional agent that doesn't have that 'car salesman' mentality, Matt is your man. I could not recommend this Superstar high enough.

Great Agent to Deal with - Go above and beyond
We contacted Matthew in the early component of building the house that we sold with Matthew. He was supportive and was great to talk to when explaining our situation. Once the house was nearing completion, Matthew gave us his thoughts and attended a number of inspections before hand over. During the entire process Matthew when above and beyond, we don't live near the property but he attended to let someone in to install the TV antenna - going above and beyond. He was great to deal with and very helpful throughout the process. Plus, the house sold in less than a week! Such an easy process with Matthew and was always providing his thoughts on the entire process. We would highly recommend Matthew when selling your house, a professional and truly great bloke.

Great experience
We recently sold our home with Matthew and we’re so glad we chose him. Matt was open and honest with us the whole way through our campaign. Choosing to sell at an unusual time with Covid-19 seeing so much uncertainty, Matt reassured us we would get the result we wanted and we did! The real winner for me was that although we were campaigning for an auction, when a offer came in prior to auction that we didn’t want to pass up, Matt left the decision in our hands and didn’t try to pressure us into still going to Auction. We sold 2 days before auction with a price higher than what we’d hoped for. Highly recommend Matt and wouldn’t think twice about going with him again.

Matty Wade, Our Saving Grace!
Matty deserves more than 5 stars, let us tell you why! After months & months of a disappointing experience with an agent from another real estate, Matty Wade stepped in to sell our home and was our saving grace! We previously had the pleasure of dealing with Matty when purchasing our first home through him 5.5 years ago, so it was comforting having somebody who knew a bit about us, who could see the huge changes we made to improve the home and who genuinely cared about us. Matty kept us informed at all times from the beginning; providing reports, feedback and statistics as well as keeping us positive during the testing times of COVID. He remained professional, yet down to earth and friendly at all times and was always approachable for any questions we had. Our 2 open houses were a great success with large amounts of potential buyers coming through each time, which proved to us he was doing his research with buyers & investors, putting in an effort to contact them and getting them to the opens to inspect and place offers. After one busy open house, Matty even took it upon himself to vacuum up the dirt on our flooring that people had walked through our home. We didn't expect that at all but it was honestly so refreshing to have an agent who was going above and beyond for us. All of that could be enough to satisfy a client, but there's more! Matty absolutely exceeded our expectations for the sale! He sold our house within 9 days of being our agent & we are very happy with the outcome! The proof is in the pudding that Matty works hard for his clients to achieve the best results possible and we highly recommend him & his Ray White team. My experience with Terry was wonderful!
The feeling of knowing it’s time to sell your 1st ever home you built when you were in your 20’s was always going to be a hard thing for me to do.. letting go is going to be tough for me is exactly what I told Terry, but after sitting down with him And both of us talking I felt it was time and my words were “ let’s do this” from that day Terry was in contact to let me know of any positive interests and talked with me about any changes, I knew I could call him and ask anything, and if busy I always got the call back from him.. Terry and his team were friendly and Real, very on the ball and I felt they didn’t give up on the sale of my house even though it was going to be difficult to find the right buyer, but they did it.. what a pleasant team to work with and I would proudly recommend them at any chance I got.. Thankyou Terry and your team for helping me close that much needed chapter and so stress free..
