Matthew was put to a challenge for the property we sold through Ray White. The property was unique and unlike anything else in the market at the time. Matthew took this on with eagerness and commitment. It became a focus for him to select the appropriate advertising concepts and targeting the market that would attract buyers to this level of property. Straight off the decision was to go for auction and it was the right decision, providing Matthew with a set date to build momentum and educate prospective buyers with whatever information that was sought in that time interval. He gave in depth comments and responses to myself as the owner and the quality of the weekly reports was something I was pleasantly surprised with of his and that of the greater Ray White team. The Auction was well managed, well prepared and very well executed with the buyer getting a good price and myself being satisfied with the end result. Would I use him again? Yes definitely. Completely satisfied.
