It was great to deal with Terry as a property purchaser of a new yet to be completed home. His negotiating style is fair and he kept me informed on the property's progress as it was being completed by the vendor leading up to settlement. When it came time for final inspection everything was in good order. I appreciated Terry's professional conduct and personal communication style during the purchase.

Though through this review, I'm providing my feedback for working with Terry as Real Estate agent but the way I have followed the market in Lara and interacted with multiple agencies and agents, the way I have seen him running the show and negotiation run by Terry, he should not be measured by a scale from 1-10, 1 being the lowest and 10 being the highest. He is as per my opinion beyond the scale. You can take my word for it as I was at the receiving end for 4 times. :-) He works only and only for Vendors best interest that's why if I'm planning to sale anything in Lara and surrounding, I will come back to him. Natasha, on the other hand is absolutely fabulous to work with. Down to earth, very particular about the details, very time sensitive, straight forward. She is Rahul Dravid / Steve Waugh from Ray White team - Ms/Mrs ' Dependable'. Thanks to both of you, look forward to working with you in near future again Cheers Manas and Anindita
