Matt was great to deal with, he was well informed an that even though we were in a interesting position he made us feel we were his number 1. We would have no issues recommending him to sell with. We would have used him to sell our house unfortunately our hands were tied due to a club sponsor. During the negotiations and after he has gone the extra mile for us, also during non working times. He is also very easy to talk to and easy to relate to, thus making you feel comfortable. Great bloke too.
