Pleasure to deal with
We recently purchased our first home with Matt and could not have been more impressed with his professionalism throughout the process. Competing with investors in the current market had meant we'd lost out on multiple offers we had made, not to mention dealing with some questionable negotiation tactics from other agents. Matt was straightforward and honest with us from the start, kept in constant contact and made the buying experience run as smoothly as possible. Would highly recommend his services whether you are selling or looking to buy.

Very approachable
Matty always came across as very approachable with a constant smile on his face. He never made us feel our questions were unwarranted and always answered them in a way that made us feel more relaxed. We are very happy with the way Matty handled our property and with the outcome. Thank you Matty.

I cannot recommend Matty Wade from Ray White high enough. I had 3 properties to sell so awarding an agent with one let alone all three was a tough decision. All three were investment properties so it was only natural that I was seeking the best price possible. Matt Wade was always honest and realistic with his appraisals and his honesty stood out from the others. I would have no hesitation recommending Matt Wade and I would use him again for any future sales. Matt's communication and follow-up was always confronting, you always knew where you stood and I was never left guessing what stage we were up to throughout each campaigns. The property at hand I believe Matt achieved approximately $10k above market value. I have no doubt you will no be disappointed using Matt Wade to sell your property. Thanks !
