I couldn't believe how quickly Matthew got to work in preparing my property for sale. With in a matter of days he had arranged photo shoots and had the marketing for my property underway. The first open house happened the same week with good numbers through the door (thanks to Matthew hitting phone no doubt). Matthew communicated with me exceptionally well. He was on the phone straight after inspections were done and then he hit the phones encouraging buyers to make that all important offer.
