We were mostly impressed with the agent. Terry definitely knows the area and was very confident in selling our house which we loved. I would have liked to have someone on hand to chat to then and there as I was a first time seller and quite nervous about the whole thing. It would have been good to have Natasha as a contact point early on due to Terry's busy schedule. All in all, happy vendor :)
