Recent sale of house in Lara
We have used Ray White Lara and Terry and his team in particular in the past as we know they will do all they can to get the best result. The sale of our property proved to be challenging but Terry and the team never gave up and were able to secure a sale slightly below expectations but also when we had almost given up hope of doing so. If we ever sell again, Terry will be the first and only call I make.

Couldn't be happier !
My wife and I had been looking for a property for over 12 months . Dealing with multiple agents from lots of different estate companies. We found Terry to be very professional and honest even when we would ring him about the same house 25 times a week he would make time every time for Jacinta and I . Professional and considerate
We purchased our home a couple of weeks before christmas and settlement was done this month.Terry and his team have been professional and proactive during the whole process. They understand the market well and are good with using the resources available. No pushy sales pich, no exaggeration.We feel all communication was genuine and truthful.
