Seamless experience, great result
John McManus was very easy to deal with and he does know the Artarmon market inside out. He was incredibly thorough and called daily with updates. When it came time to make the sale, we felt well informed and able to choose the right course of action with confidence. John's support team are well organised and provide very prompt support that made the whole experience very smooth.

Highly professional
We are long term residents of Artarmon and have known John for many of them so we looked to him when we decided to sell our home. We weren’t disappointed. John and his team made a potentially stressful situation run seamlessly. In fact our confidence in John and his team, their professional approach and friendly manner allowed us to head down to Melbourne for the greater part of the sales process. We were kept informed of how the sale was progressing and were delighted to receive an acceptable offer two days before auction date.

Flawless from start to finish
We have known Anthony for a few years and selected him based on his extensive experience selling houses in Cammeray and he spent a couple of hours with us explaining the process in depth. It really was a professional sales pitch. Anthony is extremely confident and professional. We found his communication throughout the campaign to be excellent and were happy to take his guidance on matters. The market had certainly cooled in the last few months with the interest rate rise and constant negative media coverage and so whilst there were a lot of viewers, there wasn't the aggressive competition to buy. However, given the market we were extremely happy with the outcome achieved by Anthony. We sold prior to auction and he got us a great result. We would definitely recommend Anthony as an agent for selling houses in the suburb.

Genuine, honest and easy to deal with. An exceptional Agent!
I chose Robert Bacic to sell my property and I am so glad I did. The unit was harder to sell than most as it had many issues with major remedial works being carried out in the building. Due to this, I was highly anxious and stressed about the sale however throughout the entire process, Robert managed to keep me calm and assured me that the unit would sell and kept me positive. His communication was fantastic and he kept me updated every few days and after every inspection. He guided me throughout the whole process from preparation to marketing and used strategies that got the property sold. Even with all the issues, he got the sale across the line within a short time frame and at a price I was happy with given the circumstances. I highly recommend Robert.
