Colin guided us on everything. His knowledge of comparable properties that had sold in the area and what was currently on the market was helpful in forming important decisions. He gave us his professional opinion but at all times respected our opinion and decisions. Ultimately we took his advice and it paid off. In an unpredictable market we secured more for our property than expected. This was important to us as we did not want to have unrealistic price expectations and be disappointed. Much better to have a nice surprise at the end! Colin's communication was excellent and we knew every step of the way what was happening and how much interest there was in the property.

We recently dealt with Ben Markos from Ray White Lower Northshore, right from the very start at our first meeting we found Ben to be very professional then throughout our campaign this continued. We were comfortable because Chris did not work in isolation but had a strong supporting team. He was always prompt with returning phone calls (even well into the evening). We were regularly updated on the progress of the sale by phone calls and written reports. The expectations set were realistic.
