At the end of 2019 when the market wasn't at it highest Jake and his team sold our 1 bedroom apartment in Neutral bay. We chose Jake as he was one of the only agents we really felt was honest and not just telling us what we wanted to hear. He guided us with what he thought and suggested what we should do but in the end left the final decisions down to us. I would highly recommend him to anyone else wanting a professional, personable and honest agent. Not only was he extremely thorough but he left no lead unturned and we ended up selling prior to auction with a price we were extremely happy with. For someone selling realestate it is a stressful time and we had 2 children under 2 at that point, Jake made everything really easy for us and we were over the moon with the end result. I wouldn't go to any other agent and have recommended him to others since with excellent results too.
