We just bought a property through Anthony although our relationship with him extends back a few years, both as a buyer and potential seller in Cammeray. The thing that struck us from the beginning was how much time Anthony was willing to invest in really trying to understand exactly what we were after as a buyer and when we asked, in explaining how best to get a top price, as a seller. At one point we were looking very seriously at a property that we weren't buying through him while at the same time deciding not to sell our current property and despite there being no obvious gain for him, he invested a lot of his time in guiding us on how to successfully bid for the property. We were very pleasantly surprised but we really appreciated it.
