Brendan did a thorough, professional job right from the initial contact up until the completion of the sale process. Communication was regular and relevant - I appreciated his honest assessment of where we sat in the market, and the knowledge and skill that he brought to the negotiations. Most importantly, Brendan did his job of getting a large number of potential buyers through our home so that we could generate the best possible sale price. Aside from the open homes which had a good response, there was barely a day that passed without at least one inspection by appointment being arranged by Brendan and his team. On most days, there were multiple inspections. It was a pleasure to work with Brendan and I would recommend him without hesitation.

We were both very impressed with Brendan from our first meeting. His presentation, communication and knowledge of the area were impeccable. As we have a very young family, Brendan was very flexible with his time and our availability to view this home again. Communication was not limited to just business hours, they were mostly after hours when we had the ability to stop and think without young children under our feet. The negotiation process was seamless and very quick with Brendan coordinating it all late in the night and finalising it first thing the following morning as he said he would. The communications didn’t finish there. Brendan contacted us a few times during the cooling off period to ensure we were on track with our building inspection, our finance and to just genuinely enquire that all was good. The contract required quite a few adjustments and critical paper work was missing from the contract. Brendan was very proactive in obtaining all the necessary documents/warranties we required and was instrumental in getting the contract completely where it needed to be before the cooling off period expired as we were getting nowhere with the vendor’s solicitors. Brendan’s reassuring calls and text messages went above and beyond what you would normally receive and experience with an agents, let alone when you are the buyer. Brendan is a great listener- he answered many questions and stressed phone calls from us in regards to the contract. Brendan took it in his stride and never batted an eyelid just reassured us that he would step in and get what we needed to “make it happen”. Brendan’s honesty, sincerity and integrity shone through at all times. We feel we do understand the real estate world having sold and bought numerous times previously and we wouldn’t hesitate to act as a reference for Brendan.
