I would highly recommend Brendan Lappan as an agent. My mother had recently lost her husband and needed to move closer to family so I called the local Ray White office and asked for an agent to call me back, Brendan promptly returned my call and arranged an appointment to come out to see us. Brendan arrived at midday on a Saturday, he was punctual, knowledgeable and very caring. My mother signed with Brendan and by 5:30pm that afternoon we had 5 groups of interested buyers come to view her home, it was amazing. Two days later, we had an offer, negotiated a price and had a deposit. The sale has progressed smoothly and efficiently and Brendan has kept us well informed along the way. Brendan was the six and last real estate agent I had an initial appointment with in relation to choosing an agent. Brendan was a referral from a work college and am very glad I initiated contact. It came down to two agents short listed, Brendan got over line based on his ability to answer our questions promptly, to the point and above all honestly. I didn’t want the BS and wanted a straight shooter and was capable of delivering results . Our house was under offer in 7 hours from the internet ads going live, we cancelled our open house as a result. One of the key questions Critical for us that made us choose Brendan was the agents buyers contacts, Brendan elaborated that he had active buyers in our area and was in frequent contact with the potential hungry buyers that had missed on a ‘dream home’. That was proven by the fact that on the day of the professional house photography we had 5 potential buyers walk through the home even before the ad was live. Michael has truly gone above and beyond to help my partner and I secure our first home together. His excellent communication skills and transparency very quickly built rapport and trust with us. He went out of his way to show us the home and negotiate with the seller on our behalf. He was able to negotiate a price which worked for us, as well as the seller. We also really liked the fact that Michael kept in constant contact with us and was always there if we had any questions or concerns. We are so excited, and are thankful that we came across Michael.
