Totally Divine - very impressed
Tim you are "Totally Divine". A Great Real State Agent to deal with. Very Very Professional and Honest and down to earth with customers. I met Tim during an open house and mentioned to him that I want to sell my apartment. Without looking at the property just mentioned the area, he told me half a million. I had 4 appraisals from real state agents all under 450,000. Tim just came and signed me into the contract, had the photos and billboard up for sale. First open house and first customer bought the apartment for 495,000 for the advertised price. Hands on in the sale process. His after care was the best. Just sit and relax and he updated me what was going on. If you want to sell your property, give a go with Tim. You will never go wrong. Believe Me! .Thank you so much you Tim.

Gary made sure we were getting the best experience each and every time we went house hunting. He would personally call each week and personally spend time going through each house on the market! Gary was highly dependable, making sure we were keep solid and pushing through the hard times when we thought it would be impossible to buy a house! I can say if it wasn't for Gary we would still be looking for a house. He had high integrity for both seller and buyer which is honestly nice to see in the real estate game! Knowledgable and professional, If we ever look for another home we will call Gary first!
