Tim is a great agent
Tim is a great agent i would recommend him to anyone , he was polite and friendly he wasn't pushy i am so happy with the result that Tim got for me as it is always a bit emotional when selling a house and Tim just made that process so easy. if i was to sell again or have a rental i would use Tim he was just great

Daniel the Director of Ray White Ingleburn #Sales GUN! #Closer!!
We contacted 3 x Real estate agents from researching Rate My Agent and found Daniel far more easier to deal with and did not try to flog me a product, It almost felt like I was dealing with one of my mates, he made us feel very comfortable and at ease with the whole process. He focused on what we wanted which was a good overall experience and smooth process, a good sale price and the main thing I wanted was a GUN sales person to GET me the best possible sales price. And that is what Daniel did. Daniel used his used his relationship building skills and negotiating skills to keep the buyer comfortable and engaged in buying our property and I believe the key element of Daniel being an overall great bloke helped this buyers make their decision a lot easier. He well surpassed all our expectations we are very happy with our decision to go with him and will recommend him to anyone selling their property. I would also like to Thank Daniels Team and Ray White as well for being so proactive in contacting me when ever they had interested buyers and kept me up to date which was very refreshing. Good learned agent
It's been our great fortune to have agent like Tim. Earlier we purchased a property of him and during then he discovered that we were interested in selling our old property. He gave us good suggestions and help us to sell our property at good price. Not only that he also gave help with reference to his well know tradesperson who inturn changed my old, ugly property to a brand new house. His ideas help us to get better prices for our property. His consistent follow-up and good relations got him the business of selling our property. I had several appraisal from differnt agents before asking Ray White It was just a best decision I made which Brough me a large lum sum extra of money after sale compare with all previous agent I have met I happened to call TIM on that day to have my house put on market TIM is an UNBElEIVABLE TALENTED sale Agent If I could give TIM 10 stars I would..Thank you for giving me extra lum sum of money TIM .I love you as I always said that on phone when you surprise me with your negotiation with buyer TIM is an special CREATURE in NEGOTATION I have ever met !!
