first class job
I have bought and sold eight properties and Tim Aaron is the best agent I have come across. He is incredibly enthusiastic, polite and well presented. I told him at the outset the price I wanted and he achieved it. Tim also kept me informed constantly and I knew I had hired the right person to do the job. He is a straight talker, knows what he is doing and has a great knowledge of real estate law. I would recommend him to anyone. Refreshing
Tim has kept in touch but not been intrusive since he sold a property in my street 3 years ago and then my neighbour got a great price in record time through Tim and his team's efforts over Easter this year. When I decided to sell my house I chose to use Tim as I felt his results and communication levels were a good indicator of the results I might expect. The sale of my house speaks for its self Tuesday - listed on the internet and marketing program starts by Tim and his team Saturday - open house Sunday- second viewings Monday = CONTRACTS EXCHANGED FOR PRICE I WANTED Throughout the whole process Tim's communication levels were exceptional and I always felt confident . Tim is super helpful and simply awesome
While I am very excited to buy my first home but at the same time I was worried about market and process. Both my wife and I were keeping an eye on the listing for a while and finally found one which ticked most of our expectations; weekend based 'open house' doesn't work for us since we have to take kids to different extra activities, so I called Tim if we can have an early inspection to the property. Tim was very friendly and communicative from the very beginning. He managed to arrange an open house just for us. Thanks to Tim. We liked it and finally wanted to proceed. Tim acted fairly and his transparent communication always provided a great comfort during the process. All went smoothly and accordingly as Tim explained. Definitely, Tim did his job with professionalism having amiable and amicable gesture all the time. Since we will be living there and Tim is always welcome to have a cup of tea with us.
