Fantastic Agent !
We appointed Tim to sell our property and he exceeded all expectations. Not only did the home sell on the first day but it sold for above the asking price. He worked hard to ensure the home was presented in its best condition and sold the home for a higher price than other agents said. Would very highly recommend! Kevin Howes

A fantastic first home sale experience with Tim and Ray White
For the sale of our first home, we decided Tim at Ray White was the agent we wanted to work with. We put in a lot of effort to maintain and present our home in the best light - and it was obvious after speaking with multiple agents that Tim would work hard to sell our home to the best buyer. Having sold our property on day 1 with Tim, that was the right choice. Tim understands the market, works hard, communicates regularly, is to the point and happens to be a very likeable person.

Great Agent!

Exceeds Expectations!
Tim excels in communication skills, highlighting his thorough market knowledge and explaining every step and process. He demonstrates exceptional professionalism and conscientiousness. Our property was sold on the very same day it was put on the market. Tim was diligent which saw the contract signed and deposit made, all within a week. We even got the price we asked for.

Awesome experience
From becoming to end we couldn't ask for a more professional experience. Great communication from initial meeting to sale conclusion. Price was negotiated to the top of the market even though it was during a period where the banks were tightening their lending criteria. It would have been easier to accept lower offers but he had our our interest at heart. Couldn't recommend him and his team highly enough.

Great Agent
We sold our interstate house with Tim and found him very professional and helpful. In particular I was impressed by how prompt he was in answering our queries. He kept us in the loop every step of the way and made us feel very involved even though we were not there. I would highly recommend Tim. We were happy with the price we got for our house.
