The whole team at Ray White Campbelltown did a great job, with the sale of my property. Previously listed with another agent my property failed to sell, but with Ray White I had a signed contract and deposit after the 1st open house.

Very professional, great agent
Brendan was friendly, professional and very easy to relate to. His knowledge of the area was outstanding and he was extremely transparent with regards to details of selling our property which made us very comfortable throughout the sale process. Although the market favoured us well we were still happy with the work and result Brendan helped us get in the end. We would be pleased to deal with Brendan again in the future should we ever needed to. Thanks again!

"When only the best will do"
If you want an agent who can make the stressful/anxious process of selling almost enjoyable, then Brendan is the one for you! This was our second sale, and after meeting with several other Real Estates over the course of a week, and even though his reputation and stats are impressive on their own, it was Brendan's laid back approach that made our decision easy. Brendan is so easy going and approachable, every conversation we had contained laughter and always ended with us feeling confident and reassured. But again; his hard work speaks for itself! Our house went online on Friday lunchtime, and we accepted an offer after the open home by 2pm the next day! We can't thank Brendan enough for all he has done, and have to give special mention to Kane (also on his team) for all his hard work and communication as well. You guys are, in our opinion, the best in the business.

Great agent.
Michael is very professional and friendly. He has a broard knowledge in his chosen career. He was able to help and support me throughout the whole selling and buying process, refer me to other areas such as conveyancing, removalists and liaising with other agents for me. Committed agency to a successful sale
As like most I was referred a few agencies to get an idea of the valuation of a property I had to sell, with Gary from Ray White being the last agency contacted. Gary was well informed not only of the market conditions at the time I was looking to sell but he was also confident to discuss the specific intricacies of my property and how to effectively market it for a good sale result. The tools Gary communicated to be available to market the property I found were both effective in result as well as sensible in cost. Whilst it would be easy to suggest the most expensive marketing package, Gary was helpful to highlight what he felt would benefit my particular sale whilst keep the costs to a realistic figure. Communication was very clear and constant throughout the marketing process through to the open inspection and eventual sale. The property was listed for only a few days in an area where there is a lot of houses and or land for sale and, it was with this in mind, I only expected the bottom end of the sale price listed. To my surprise the house sold on the first day of open inspections. As expected the purchaser put in a bid well below my minimum listed price but after some strong negotiation by Gary, I received a result considerably above the minimum listed price. I am honestly think I was lucky that I opted to go with Gary and the Ray White team as opposed to other agents working in the area as the result was considerably above my realistic expectations.
